Profile
Dr. Baylor is the founder and director of the Center for Research and Innovative Technologies for Learning (RITL). Before coming to FSU in 1999, Dr. Baylor worked as a research associate at Exponent, as an instructional designer at Microsoft Corporation, and as an assistant professor at San Diego State University.

Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, University of South Carolina
Research
Dr. Baylor’s primary area of interest involves how to best use technology as a mediator for human learning.
