Profile
Dr. Johnson is actively involved as Principal Investigator for several projects for the U.S. Department of the Navy. These projects include: Leadership Expertise Project—Investigation of metrics for assessing and predicting leadership performance in the U.S. Navy; ePlan—Design and development of a Human Performance oriented Electronic Performance Support System tool; and Personnel Qualifications Standards Toolkit— Design & develop a tool to facilitate team work as it applies to the development and revisions of U.S. Navy qualification standards. In addition to teaching, he is the Associate Director for Research at FSU’s Learning Systems Institute (LSI).
